ES network is the national seismological network in Spain, operated by the Instituto Geográfico Nacional (IGN), which aim is to monitor the Spanish and surrounding countries seismicity. Although there are previous records from short period sensors with analog transmission, some of them digitized, the Spanish Digital Seismic Network with Broad Band sensors starts in 1999. This network also includes the Sonseca (Toledo, Spain) array in the frame of the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT).
