Transcriptome profiling of the stems of three Dendrobium species--RNA-seq

In this study, RNA-seq was performed for three Dendrobium species. The sequencing data was pooled together and was used for transcriptome assembly through the de novo strategy. Analyses such as differential gene expression and microRNA target prediction were performed to understand the evolotionary and regulatory relationships among the three species at the molecular level.
