In this project, we investigated the impact of A. euteiches infection on root-associated microbiota using a bacterial synthetic community (SynCom) derived from the legume model Medicago truncatula and a gnotobiotic culture system.High-throughput metabarcoding and transcriptomic sequencing were performed to characterize changes in microbial community composition and host responses during infection. In parallel, genome sequencing of selected bacterial isolates was conducted to support functional and comparative analyses of strains associated with disease suppression.
