Dynamic Network Curvature Analysis of Gene Expression Reveals Novel Potential Therapeutic Targets in Sarcoma

The goal of this study was two-fold: to distinguish PS subtypes from tumor tissue RNA-Seq gene expression profiles and identify actionable candidate targets for therapeutic intervention. To this end, the focus of the work described in this paper is to design a classifier for identifying PS subtypes and to develop a framework for investigating the functional relationships between genes or their products.
