CORE Nanopublications

This repository contains the Gene Cancer Status (GCS) facts generated by the CORE system serialized as nanopublications following the extended model.The 'trig.zip' file contains all facts serialized as nanopublications in TriG format. In particular, each file contains a GCS serialized as extended nanopublication and the filename is the identifier of the GCS. The Gene Expression-Cancer Knowledge Base generated by the CORE system can be found at: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7577127. The facts generated by the CORE systems and the serialized nanopublications can be browsed by means of the CoreKB platform at: https://gda.dei.unipd.it/ .
