Ball Electrode Sensor Data for Precipitation Charge Measurements in the Hokuriku Region of Japan (2025-2026)

This dataset contains observational data from a newly developed ball electrode sensor system designed to measure electric charges on precipitation particles at the ground level. Measurements were conducted at the campus of Komatsu University in the Hokuriku region of Japan during the autumn and winter seasons of 2025-2026. The dataset includes three observational cases of electrified rain and snow clouds, along with simultaneous measurements of the electrostatic field and precipitation amount.
