By a Proclamation published in the New South Wales Government Gazette dated 17 August 1910, portions of the land districts of Armidale and Walcha were incorporated into the land district of Kempsey. This register comprises various applications from both Armidale and Walcha which appear to relate to the change in boundaries. The volume includes applications for annual leases, conditional leases, improvement leases, special leases and conditional purchases covering the period 1875 to 1910. (10/1446). 1 vol.
