Gene expression of CTR-KD and IMPDH2-KD in human myeloma cell line

This study aimed to investigate the role of IMPDH2 in modulating pomalidomide sensitivity in the human multiple myeloma cell line AMO-1. RNA-seq was performed on IMPDH2-knockdown (KD) cells and control cells to identify the underlying transcriptional mechanisms of IMPDH2 in regulating pomalidomide sensitivity in myeloma.
