Consumers expecting free delivery to become more important in online purchases 2023

In a 2023 survey, approximately eight out of ten shoppers agreed that free shipping would gain importance in their cross-border and domestic online purchases. Nearly half of these respondents strongly agreed with the statement. Eight percent were neutral, and only five percent disagreed to some extent.
