This study reports a novel comparative <i>ex vivo</i> and <i>in vivo</i> analysis of the morphometric changes in corneal endothelium pre- and post-transplantation.Images of <i>ex vivo</i> corneal donor tissue pre-transplantation were compared with post-transplant <i>in vivo</i> confocal microscope (IVCM) images of the same tissue. These images were calibrated and analysed using Voronoi segmentation evaluating cell size, shape, and phase.
