This dataset includes the assembled contigs (.fasta and .gbk files), the nucleotide sequences of the prediction transcripts (.ffn files) and the respective amino acid sequences of the translated CDS sequences (.faa files) of a <strong><em>Mycobacteroides abscessus subp. bolletti </em></strong>strain associated with a persistente infection.
