Complete list of all samples from soil study #1 (128 samples) and soil study #2 (100 samples) collected at the goat farm study site (Fig 1).

The most complete data for soil variables were generated during soil study #2. Presence of Burkholderia pseudomallei (Bps) was determined either by culturing from soil (Column D) or real-time PCR using DNA extractions from 500 mg of soil (Column E).
