In this study we employ NanoDam to identify targets within the epidermis for the transcription factor EFL-3 that we identified as a key epidermal development regulator. Identification of EFL-3 genome-wide binding by epidermis-specific expression of GFP-nanobody:Dam fusion combined with EFL-3:GFP knock-in in C. elegans. Two different configurations of the GFP-nanobody:dam fusions are included (C-terminal and N-terminal fusions). Samples containing the GFP-nanobody:dam fusion only constitute control samples.
