2D production test restart and grid file

The archive includes the grid and restart files needed for the Hermes-3 2D production test. They are based on test 2 from https://github.com/mikekryjak/hermes-perftest. 19/02/2026: Changes to allow testing target pump: added a neutral pump around the entire domain edge (SOL, PFR and target) and reran for convergence. 12/02/2026: Updated for fast recycling fix: https://github.com/boutproject/hermes-3/pull/494 v1: First upload
