These sequence files are used as inputs for the MotifP command-line (CLI) tool. Each dataset is stored in a folder, and each folder contains an input/subdirectory that stores protein peptide sequences in .txt format. Data_TOR also contains an output/folder as an example. Inside each dataset folder, there is another folder named by dataset contain the input files for our motif-aware Protein Language Model using ESM2.
