The raw data of Ericerus pela single cell sequencing

A single-cell atlas of white wax insect was built to explore the mechanisms that underlie sexual dimorphism in these insects. There are two female samples and two male samples at the different stage were used, they are MP (male pupa), MA (male adult), FN (female nymph) and FA (female adult). The whole body of insects was made into cell suspension and then used for single cell sequencing.
