This multi-variate dataset integrates high-resolution spatial infrastructure parameters with real-time macro-scale electric utility waveforms to evaluate regional grid vulnerabilities. The upper stratum contains localized geospatial infrastructure profiles parsed from the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), mapping 85,868 active charging stations alongside non-linear structural power weights (such as DC Fast Charger kilowatt ratings vs. standard Level 2 nodes). The lower stratum synchronizes this physical layer with continuous, chronological time-series grid metrics extracted directly from the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) Balancing Authority logs, capturing hourly system demand spikes and generation capacity differentials for major regulatory zones like CAISO (California) and ERCOT (Texas). When cross-referenced with regional travel metrics, this framework maps how localized vehicle mobility patterns and high-power charging demands collide with systemic utility constraints to expose fluid, data-driven vectors of grid load volatility and infrastructure stress.
