Megafauna extinctions produce idiosyncratic Anthropocene assemblages

This repository contains the data to implement the analyses used in Amir et al 2022's megafauna extinctions manuscript. Please read the README file for a detailed description of each datafile. The R script is well explained throughout the code. The complete capture histories (Megafauna_camera_trap_captures.csv) required to implement the hierarchical abundance models has not been uploaded online due to the sensetive nature of thehighly threatened study species.
