The Performance Management and Service System, operating in accordance with the principle of "one data, one source", collects multi-dimensional data of college faculty and staff through multiple channels including integration, data import and online form submission, and builds a refined college database. It addresses the issue of human resource waste caused by repeated form-filling and information collection at the college level. Furthermore, the system respects the objective disparities across positions, disciplines and work contents, meticulously constructs a job classification system and a professional title evaluation system, expands the growth pathways for all types of personnel, and creates diversified promotion and development channels for outstanding young talents to emerge and advance.
