This inhouse experiment aims at completing the acquisition of the projectome of the Etruscan Shrew brain from LS-3543. Place and grid cells representing space in the brain are present in the hippocampus (HC) and in the medial entorhinal cortex (MEC). Their interconnectivity remains unknown. We aim to map the complete HC-MEC projectome to quantify source-target projections and analyze the spatial navigation system.
