Expression profiling of AMPK-regulated genes in mouse embryonic fibroblast cells

We used RNA-Seq assay to characterize AMPK-regulated gene expression patterns and then compared with EZH2-dependent transcriptional profile in MEF. We wanted to determine whether and how AMPK and EZH2 co-regulate a subset of genes. AMPKa WT and DKO MEFs were used for RNA-Seq assays in order to compare the transcriptional profiles that are regulated by either AMPK or EZH2.
