The progression of ovarian endometriosis is facilitated by ASPM through its regulation of the cell cycle and the Wnt/β-catenin pathway

Gene expression profiling of endometrial stromal cells (ESCs) after transfection with si-NC or si-ASPM. ESCs (1×106) were placed in six-well plates 1 day prior to transfection. ESCs were transfected with 30 pmol of the Control control or ASPM siRNA usingwas transfected into ESCs with Lipofectamine RNAiMAX (Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA, USA) at a concentration of 30 pmol. The GV230-ASPM plasmid was constructed by GeneChem (Shanghai, China). The cells were transfected with 2.5 μg of control or GV230-ASPM plasmids using with Optimi Lipofectamine 3000 (Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA, USA) mixed with 2.5 μg of control or GV230-ASPM plasmid suspensions. ESCs were collected 48 h after transfection.
