Cellular indexing of transcriptomes and epitopes sequencing of mobilized peripheral blood human CD34+ hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells from a healthy volunteer

Our research has demonstrated that high expression of surface cMPL receptor marks long-term repopulating human hematopoietic stem cells. G-CSF mobilized peripheral blood human CD34+ cells were obtained from a healthy volunteer and CITE-sequencing was performed.
