Appendix to CRUS 4370

.Data on Caligus rogercresseyi infestations (number of juveniles, ovigerous females, males, and total adults) for farmed Salmo salar from the Aysen region (42–46°S) were obtained for the period 2018–2019. This dataset included data of temperature, salinity, latitude and longitude for each fish farm. The data were obtained from the Fisheries and Aquaculture National Service.
