Constraint Timing Shapes Feasible Success: Public Reproducibility Artifact

Public reproducibility artifact accompanying the paper “Constraint Timing Shapes Feasible Success: Endogenous Governance versus Reactive Correction in Sequential Systems.” The package contains the complete public evidence, executable synthetic experiment code, robustness outputs, statistical materials, final manuscript, and manuscript figures. It includes: Family 1: 4,000 episode-level results, 400 aggregate summary rows, executable experiment code with required local dependencies, and the complete 27-run robustness grid. Family 2: a self-contained matched mechanism-isolation benchmark comprising 480,000 policy-scenario rows across 96,000 matched latent scenarios, with frozen configuration, deterministic runner, aggregate outputs, paired endogenous ON/OFF effects, and arbitrary-precision exact sign-test calculations. Final manuscript source and PDF, together with the seven figures used in the paper. Reproduction and verification scripts, environment information, provenance records, and full SHA-256 integrity manifests. The artifact supports the paper’s central investigation of whether when constraints are applied—endogenously during sequential decision production or reactively after candidate actions are generated—affects feasible success, execution cost, and failure dynamics. All experiments are synthetic and mechanism-focused. This release does not claim frontier-model benchmarking, deployment-safety validation, or superiority on external AI benchmarks.
