This dataset includes two Zip-compressed folders, in which data were stored in two folders (Crayfish trials, Sardine trials) Analysis files (mnt format).zip: The surface processing procedures and post-processing calculations of the DMTA parameters were saved in .mnt fromat files. Crayfish trials: 150 files, Sardine trials: 192 files. Circular trimmed and Filtered surfaces.zip: The filtered and trimmed surface data were saved in .sur fromat files. Crayfish trials: 150 files, Sardine trials: 192 files.
