Since its pioneered, the technique of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) has been widely developed. In recent LC, harmonic scalpel sealing “a clipless technique” was more preferred. Thus, this meta-analysis aimed to compare the time efficacy, intraoperative, and post operative complications between clipless and conventional cystic duct-artery ligation technique in LC.
