This is a simulated PE short read obtained by modifying the original raw long read file (BioSample: SAMN16885726; sample name: Zymo_D6331; SRA: SRS7763867). Gut Microbiome Standard D6331 is a simulated community containing 21 different strains that mimic the human gut microbiome. Short sequence reads were created in order to make them similar to the most common microbiome data.
