This dataset contains the anonymized raw data supporting the study entitled “Vibration confers no detectable performance benefit beyond calf compression during short-term recovery, despite a sustained increase in calf cutaneous blood flow.” Sixteen healthy, physically active adults completed three experimental conditions in a randomized within-participant crossover design: no-garment control (CON), calf compression sleeves (CCS), and calf vibration-compression sleeves (CVCS). Each experimental trial included a 20-min fatiguing treadmill-running preload, a 30-min recovery period under the assigned condition, and a subsequent running time-to-exhaustion test. The dataset includes participant characteristics, time to exhaustion, stroke volume, heart rate, cardiac output, calf cutaneous blood flow, and blood lactate concentration. All participant data have been anonymized.
