Data and code for proxy agreement and task utility in finite-shot structural selection of a quantum reservoir
收藏资源简介:
This dataset and code archive accompanies the manuscript entitled "Proxy agreement and task utility in finite-shot structural selection of a quantum reservoir". The study investigates the relationship between activity-based structural selection, finite-shot quantum measurements, and independently evaluated task performance in a six-spin quantum reservoir. A single degree-preserving graph exchange is selected using activity estimates obtained from joint-Z measurements on independently prepared copies. The task utility of each candidate graph is evaluated separately using delayed-input prediction with trained classical readouts. Archive contents The archive provides: Physical model specifications, graph structures, Hamiltonian parameters, initial conditions, input sequences, and random-stream definitions. Python code for numerical simulation, structural selection, task-score analysis, and visualization. Compact numerical results and statistical records supporting the reported structural-selection and task-utility comparisons. Numerical data and plotting resources for Figs. 2–5 and Supplementary Figs. S1–S2. Data underlying Supplementary Tables S1–S8. Documentation describing file formats, analysis procedures, software requirements, and reproducibility checks. Reproducibility The archive supports reconstruction of the reported figures and tables from the retained numerical data, as well as selected regeneration and verification workflows from the specified model and initial conditions. Large intermediate simulation arrays are omitted to keep the archive compact. The accompanying README distinguishes analyses based on retained data from numerical regeneration procedures and documents the scope of the available verification tests. Version: 1.0.0
