The dataset, "Raw Data_Factors Influencing Classroom Engagement of University EFL Learners," was collected from university students in three universities across China using the online survey platform Questionnaire Star (www.Sojump.com) between April and May 2025. After excluding invalid responses, 992 valid questionnaires were analyzed. The study focused on key factors influencing classroom engagement, including self-efficacy, teacher support, and motivation. The research aimed to explore how self-efficacy and teacher support impact classroom engagement, with motivation serving as a mediating factor. This dataset provides valuable insights into the psychological and contextual factors that influence classroom engagement among EFL learners, offering empirical data to inform teaching strategies and improve student engagement.
