ATAC-seq profile of zebrafish periderm at 4-somite stage

In order to profile periderm-specific nucleosome free regions of zebrafish periderm cells at 4-somite stage, we isolated the equal number of GFP-positive cells and GFP-negative cells from Tg(krt4:GFP) embryos and perform ATAC-seq. This study revealed the landscape of zebrafish periderm-specific nucleosome free regions at 4-somite stage. GFP-positive embryos were harvested from two independent incross of Tg(krt4:GFP). Embryos were dissociated and sorted with FACS. For each batch, 50000 GFP-positive and 50000 GFP-negative cells were collected and subjected to ATAC-seq.
