These are data of FEA modeling and simulation, beam size measurements, Raman, SEM, TG and DSC. The data need to be understood on the basis of our manuscript in Materials and Design journal.本数据集包含有限元分析（FEA，Finite Element Analysis）建模与仿真、束斑尺寸测量、拉曼（Raman）光谱、扫描电子显微镜（SEM，Scanning Electron Microscope）、热重分析（TG，Thermogravimetry）以及差示扫描量热法（DSC，Differential Scanning Calorimetry）相关数据。理解与使用本数据集需基于我们发表于《材料与设计》（Materials and Design）期刊的手稿。
