RNA sequencing of three Reck-null-PDAC cell lines with ether a control vector or RECK-expression vector

RECK suppresses PDAC formation, EMT, and metastasis. To gain insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying the suppression of EMT and metastasis by RECK, we established three cell lines independently from PDACs developed in three Ptf1a-Cre; LSL-KrasG12D; Reckf/f mice and compared the transcriptomes of three Reck-null PDAC cell lines transfected with either a control vector or a RECK-expression vector.
