Hand speciments collected for investigating the fracture patterns in crystalline rocks (Rapakivi granites). Samples are spatially associated with faults, while most fractures are healed fractures, with a limited amount of open fractures present. Locations: Loviisa (Orrengrund) and Åland Islands. Same samples were also imaged with grinding tomography. Some of the data is included in: Jokiniemi, J, 2021, 3D-modelling of fault-induced small-scale secondary fracturing in crystalline rocks.
