Pardosa laura Raw sequence reads

The development of industrial activities and agriculture has accelerated the release of lead (Pb) into the environment, threatening human health. Spiders are frequently found in highly metal-polluted areas, and as secondary consumer, have strong biological magnification effect. In this study, we deliver Pb stress to a wolf spider, Pardosa laura through the diet, and examined the influence of Pb on transcriptome. This study contributes to a comprehensive understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying the Pb stress-induced response in spiders.
