Vascular plant, bryophyte, and lichen records with environmental data from managed oak-dominated forests in SW Poland

This dataset contains the raw data collected during the study conducted in the Bory Stobrawskie Forest (southwest Poland, Central Europe) on 100 research plots. The research was carried out in managed forests with stand ages ranging from 40 to 180 years, where native oak species (Quercus robur and/or Quercus petraea) accounted for at least 50% of the stand composition. The dataset comprises three worksheets: DATA_V contains a matrix of vascular plant species in forest vegetation layers across the research plots. Species cover was estimated using the Braun-Blanquet cover-abundance scale. DATA_BL contains a matrix of bryophyte and lichen species recorded on tree bark, dead wood (stumps, logs, wood debris), and the forest floor across the research plots. DATA_env contains data on forest structural characteristics, species richness, and habitat and landscape variables.
