Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) data from postnatal day (P) 5 Nes-Cfp/+ cerebella from Wild type (non-irradiated) and Irradiated (at P1) pups

We performed large-scale single cell profiling of dissociated whole postnatal day (P) 5 cerebella from 4 male NestinCFP/+ pups that were either irradiated at P1, or their control littermates in two replicate experiments. Using automated microwell array platforms and mRNA capture beads, we generated single-cell RNA-seq profiles of dissociated neonatal cerebellum cells from control and injured pups.
