This file contains two sheets.
Sheet 1: reproduction and surival data.
Column 1: Strain (one of C2/7, M83/4, X11/14, M26/9/10)
Column 2: SMgroup (size manipulation group: E-enlarged or R-reduced)
Column 3: TEMPgroup (temperature treatment group: 8 or 12 degrees Celsius)
Column 4: Set (batch identifier)
Column 5: Well (position within tissue culture plates)
Column 6: Cooling date (starting date of experiments)
Column 7: SexStartDate (date when first gonads were observed)
Remaining columns: gonad number on the given dates (Month_Date format)
Sheet 2: Size of polyps after body size manipulation and two weeks later.
PostArea: size in pixels after size manipulation
PostStdmm: length of millimeter on the grid in pixels for PostArea
w2Area: size in pixels two weeks after size manipulation
w2Stdmm: length of millimeter on the grid in pixels for w2Area
