Interaction transcriptome data of hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae and Caco-2 cell

These transcriptomic data were generated to elucidate the interaction mechanisms between a hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae (hvKP) strain and Caco-2 cells in a tight monolayer state, which serves as a model of the intestinal epithelial barrier. Additionally, this study aimed to investigate the role of the virulence gene iucA of hvKP in this interaction process.
