资源简介:
To understand how endosperm and embryo perceive temperature signals to control seed vigour in Brassica oleracea, we grow plants in 16°C till bent-cotyledon stage, which is a key stage sensing temperature. Then plants were either transferred to 26°C or kept in 16°C. Endosperm/seed coat and embryo RNA samples were collected for RNA-seq at day0, day1, day3, day7, day18 and day22. Further, RNA-seq was also performed in imbibed seeds matured in 16°C and 26°C, at 1 hour, 24 hours and 72 hour after imbibition. We investigated transcriptome profiles at 10 time points in Brassica endosperm/seed coat and embryo in response to different temperatures
