We characterize the hydrological processes of a mountainous highway and its surrounding area under heavy rainfall using three arguments: surface runoff, groundwater, and solid matter. The study area is modeled as a network, abstracted into 4,706 nodes. The dataset comprises 47,060,001 rows and 10 columns. Column-wise, the first three columns correspond to the three arguments; columns 4 to 9 represent static data, including elevation, slope, NDVI, LAI, a slope-adjusted Curve Number (CN) value, and soil shear strength. The 10th column records rainfall intensity. Row-wise, the first row contains headers, and each subsequent block of 4,706 rows represents one iteration. With 10,000 iterations in total and a time interval of 1.5 seconds per iteration, the simulation covers approximately 4 hours of the rainfall process.
