资源简介:
Cotton Leaf Curl Disease (CLCuD) is a lethal viral disease in plants. G. hirsutum is an industrially favourable cotton species with good fiber length, however, is extremely susceptible to biotic stresses and pest attack. G. arboreum, a species native to Pakistan and called as desi cotton in local language, is a cotton species with naturally acquired tolerance towards most of the biotic and abiotic stresses. In the presented study, rhizospheric microbiome transplantation has been employed to suppress the CLCuD spread and symptoms. In order to study the effect of rhizospheric microbiome transplantation on gene expression of the transplants, this transcriptomic analysis is carried out. Microbiome transplantation is done both interspecies and intraspecies.
