Epithelioid Sarcoma Mouse Model WGS

The goal of this study was to assess the genetic landscape of a custom induced mouse model tumor replicating characteristics of Epithelioid Sarcoma. Smarcb1 deletion was induced in a Hic1 gene (Hic1CreERT2), ROSA26LSL-tdTomato (LSL = LoxP-transcriptional stop-LoxP) background following administration of tamoxifen (TAM) at ~8 weeks of age. Epithelioid-like tumors appeared in various regions of the mouse with a latency of 10-14 months post-TAM weeks (in preparation).
