The file "ellipsometry_psi_angle_data_model.txt" contains data on the wavelength-dependent ellipsometric angles Psi (in degrees), measured at different angles of incidence (AOI) ranging from 50 to 70 degrees in 5-degree increments. The experimental data obtained from the layer side of the STE are denoted as STE_substrate, while the data from the substrate side are marked as substrate_STE. The corresponding model spectra are indicated by the suffix _MODEL.The "ellipsometry_delta_angle_data_model.txt" file contains data on the wavelength-dependent ellipsometric angles Delta (in degrees), measured at different angles of incidence (AOI) from 50 to 70 degrees in 5-degree increments. The experimental data recorded from the layer side of the STE are labeled as STE_substrate, and the data from the substrate side are labeled as substrate_STE. The corresponding model spectra carry the suffix _MODEL.The "transmission_intensity_data_model.txt" file presents data on the wavelength-dependent transmission intensities (expressed as T% / 100), measured at a normal angle of incidence. Measurements taken from the layer side of the STE are labeled as STE_substrate, and those from the substrate side are labeled as substrate_STE. The corresponding models are denoted with the suffix _MODEL.
The file named "Efficiency_on_THz_refractive_index.txt" contains data on the simulated efficiency of THz field extraction from the STE, as the refractive index of the substrate varies. Concurrently, the "Efficiency_on_IR_refractive_index.txt" file presents variations in absorbance (%) when the refractive index at 800nm changes, for both substrate/STE and STE/substrate configurations during excitation. Simulated efficiency maps, considering both IR and THz refractive indices, are detailed in the following files: "Efficiency_map_SUBSTRATE_STE_trans.txt", "Efficiency_map_SUBSTRATE_STE_refl.txt", "Efficiency_map_STE_SUBSTRATE_trans.txt", and "Efficiency_map_STE_SUBSTRATE_refl.txt". These maps correspond to STE configurations for substrate/STE (transmission), substrate/STE (reflection), STE/substrate (transmission), and STE/substrate (reflection), respectively. This measurement is normalized against STE/sapphire configuration.
The file named "Measured_emission_SAPPHIRE_STE_CAVITY.txt" contains raw THz time-domain transmission measurements for both sapphire/STE/Cavity and sapphire/STE samples, under magnetic fields of 11.14 kA/m and -11.14 kA/m respectively.
Similarly, the "Measured_emission_STE_CAVITY_SAPPHIRE.txt" file provides raw THz time-domain transmission measurements for the STE/Cavity/sapphire and STE/sapphire samples, under magnetic fields of 11.14 kA/m and -11.14 kA/m.
The file "Simulated_reflectance_of_samples.txt" contains data on the wavelength-dependent reflectance at normal incidence for the following configurations: STE/sapphire, sapphire/STE, STE/Cavity/sapphire, sapphire/STE/Cavity, and sapphire alone. The reflectance calculations were performed coherently to include interferences (internal reflections), before applying a moving average to simulate incoherent detection.
The "Simulated_transmittance_of_samples.txt" file presents calculated transmittance data, dependent on wavelength, at normal incidence for configurations such as STE/sapphire, sapphire/STE, STE/Cavity/sapphire, sapphire/STE/Cavity, and sapphire. The transmittance calculations were performed coherently to include interferences (internal reflections), before applying a moving average to simulate incoherent detection.
The "Simulated_absorbance_of_samples.txt" document includes detailed absorbance profiles across wavelengths at normal incidence for configurations including STE/sapphire, sapphire/STE, STE/Cavity/sapphire, sapphire/STE/Cavity, and pure sapphire. The absorbance calculations were performed coherently to include interferences (internal reflections), before applying a moving average to simulate incoherent detection.
The file named "Measurements_wavelength_sweep.txt" comprises raw terahertz (THz) time-domain transmission data collected at varying central wavelegnth of the excitation pulse, specifically 690, 710, 730, 750, 770, 790, 810, 830, 850, 870, 890, and 910 nm. The dataset includes measurements for both STE/Cavity/sapphire and STE/sapphire configurations.
The "Measurements_power_sweep.txt" file contains raw data on terahertz (THz) time-domain transmission, captured at different average modulated power levels: 4, 15, 25, 40, 60, and 76 mW. This dataset features measurements in STE/Cavity/sapphire configuration.
