The adjusted rand index (ARI) shows the agreement between the computed clusters using <i>k</i>-means clustering algorithm and partitioning around medoids (PAM) algorithm with <i>k</i> = 5, using the original grasshopper mouse SNP data set and the <i>k</i>-dominating subsets.
