ARH-77 cells were genetically editted with CRISPR-Cas9 to knock out KEAP1 and treated with various doses of CDDO-2P-Im or DMSO. Overall design: WT and KEAP1 KO cells were extracted for RNA. In addition, 500,000 KEAP1 knockout cells were treated with DMSO, 0.1µM CDDO-2P-Im, or 0.4 µm CDDO-2P-Im for 6 hours. Groups were compared between each other.
