De-identified clinical and processed ctDNA data for molecular residual disease assessment after definitive chemoradiotherapy in locally advanced head and neck cancer

This restricted dataset contains de-identified patient-level clinical data and processed ctDNA detected/not-detected results generated for the study “Molecular Residual Disease After Definitive Chemoradiotherapy in Locally Advanced Head and Neck Cancer.” The dataset includes anonymized clinical variables, sampling timepoints, processed methylation-based ctDNA status, and recurrence/survival outcomes. Raw sequencing data are not included and are not available due to patient privacy and consent restrictions. Access to the restricted files may be granted to qualified researchers upon reasonable request, subject to approval by the corresponding author and completion of a data use agreement.
