本数据从企业支撑保障能力、企业科创投入能力、企业科创产出能力三个角度出发，建立企业科创能力评价指标体系。进一步包括企业的管理状况、研发能力、财务支撑能力、风险控制能力、协作创新投入、无形资产投入、创新成果保护、技术先进性等二级指标数据。半数指标涉及知识产权相关内容，充分体现了以知识产权为核心的特点。This dataset establishes an evaluation index system for enterprise scientific and technological innovation (STI) capabilities from three perspectives: enterprise support and guarantee capabilities, enterprise STI investment capabilities, and enterprise STI output capabilities. It further includes secondary indicator data covering enterprise management status, R&D capabilities, financial support capabilities, risk control capabilities, collaborative innovation investment, intangible asset investment, innovation achievement protection, technological advancement, and other related items. Half of the indicators are related to intellectual property (IP), which fully embodies the core-oriented feature centered on intellectual property.
