In this study we performed mRNA-seq of TCR-stimulated naive CD4+ T cells isolated from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from healthy donors and treated with miR-34c-5p-antagomiR, or with a Scramble-antagomiR (negative control). Total RNA samples were obtained at 120h post-stimulation and used for Illumina library preparation.
